Ingredients:

  • 16 Oz Cubed Chilled Watermelon
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint to Garnish

Step 1: Add watermelon, coconut water, large lemon, and ice cubes together in a blender. If your watermelon is really sweet, add more freshly squeezed lemon to enhance the taste. If you like the taste of coconut, add more coconut water.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Serve garnished with mint.
