- 2 ripe mangos
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 small lime
- Honey (optional)
Step 1: Peel your mangos in 1/2 inch chunks. Place onto a baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Step 2: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheet with coconut flakes and bake until golden.
Step 3: After your mango pieces are frozen, place into a food processor. Add 1/4-1/2 cup hot water and process until smooth. You may have some small mango chunks remaining.
Step 4: Scoop your sorbet into 4 serving cups, squeeze some lime and drizzle some honey if you’d like. Top with toasted coconut.
