Breakfast is your most important meal of the day. Make sure you’re getting proper nutrition with this tasty breakfast granola.
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups puffed millet
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Kosher salt
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss together the oats, millet, almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, stir together the EVOO, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Step 4: Pour your liquid mixture over your oat mixture and toss to evenly coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden. Let everything cool and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
