  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • ¾ cup chilled unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • ¼ cup frozen pitted unsweetened cherries, strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Step 1:  Combine all ingredients well in blender.  Add lemon juice to taste.

Step 2:  Puree until smooth.

Step 3:  Pour into two chilled glasses..
