- 2 cups peeled, cubed mango
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 yellow tomatoes, chopped (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 to 3 habanero peppers, seeded
Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth.
Step 2: Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
