Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 yellow tomatoes, chopped (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 to 3 habanero peppers, seeded

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth.
