- 12 ounces elbow pasta or shells

- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Step 1: Cook pasta as the label directs, adding shredded carrots to the boiling water just before draining. In a 4-quart saucepan, heat milk and garlic powder on medium heat until hot.
