Believe it or not, Thanksgiving is just a few days away. Thankfully, not everyone needs to know how to expertly cook a turkey, but that doesn’t mean you should show up to the festivities empty-handed. Hosts always appreciate guests who contribute a dish to the meal, but it can be challenging to find space to heat up items in the already overcrowded oven. Make it easier on your host and yourself by bringing something that can be served cold. This delicious apple cranberry salad is chock-full of amazing autumn ingredients and can be served chilled. Give it a try this year; it is sure to be a wonderful compliment to the main dish.
