Senior Loan Officer Noah Patterson is just as committed to giving back to his community as he is to helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership. Near the end of 2013, Noah was looking for ways to expand his charitable efforts. After speaking with a number of his real estate agent friends who were heavily involved in their communities, Noah decided to join the Cape May chapter of Kiwanis International.

Kiwanis International is a worldwide organization active in 80 nations that focuses on changing the world by serving children, “one child and one community at a time”. As an active member since the beginning of 2014, Noah assists with raising donations and organizing local events, including various city-sponsored 5K and 10K races, the annual Fourth of July pancake breakfast and the yearly fall roast beef dinner. Noah also teams up with local high school students who are also involved in the Kiwanis club to sponsor one household each year to assist with yard and household cleanup for families (typically elderly couples) who have physical limitations. Furthermore, Noah oversees the bookings and setups of any clubhouse rentals throughout the year, since the clubhouse is available to the public for events like family reunions, weddings, birthdays, etc. A portion of the funds collected for use of the clubhouse goes directly to the Eliminate Project, which aims to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus throughout the world.
