When purchasing a home there will be a good deal of paperwork so it is important to be prepared so you are not overwhelmed. You will start buy filling out a loan application which is formally called the Uniform Residential Loan Application. The initial application helps lenders determine if you are a good candidate for a loan as well as what type and how much of a loan you may qualify for.
